With the comeback of gezegde

en With the comeback of the 3-4 defense, like with Ray Lewis in Baltimore, they've had to learn to play a totally different game. And nobody plays all the time, so obviously they aren't going to have the same impact.

en This game [at Baltimore] is going to be the same as this week's - the same thing. Whether they have Ray [Lewis] in there or not, they still have an excellent defense. They still have another couple players that can play. It doesn't make it any easier, obviously, but what we have to worry about is Baltimore and getting that ninth victory.

en Maturity plays a great part in golf. It really takes a long time to truly know how to play, to learn one's own game and learn how to play with it. Some players learn earlier, but even then they tend to peak later. I can't imagine Tiger being any different. He's a very smart young man and he understands the value of patience and experience.

en I can't be Takeo, ... He's a Pro Bowl caliber player and he's shown the kind of plays he can make. We're totally two different people and we bring two different things to the game. But I'm definitely going to go out there, play my game within the scheme of the defense, do my job and most importantly let the game come to me.

en Sometimes you win when maybe you aren't that perfect that day. To be undefeated normally you have to win a game or two that maybe the opponent could have easily won if they had made that big play. [Denver] made some big plays, but our defense came up with some plays in critical situations.

en I think this is a good fit. They need a veteran safety to come in and run the back end [of the defense]. ... The things they do in Tim Lewis' defense are very similar to what we did in Baltimore. He saw a lot of things he can do with me, and I love that.

en We had a lot of guys get some playing time last year. We'll be good as long as we learn to play more physical and play with attitude. Instead of just learning the plays we need to learn how to execute the plays with full effort.

en We have to play better. If we think we're a good defense, we better start showing it. We didn't make plays when we had to. We gave up a couple of big plays. We had a chance to win the game. We were in the game the whole time and found a way to lose at the end.

en People were talking about their record and how good we were playing, and this should be a blowout game, but I didn't buy into any of that, because I watched this team on film -- offense and defense. Yes, Ray Lewis was out and Jamal Lewis didn't play, but they had other players on their team.

en When the game's on the line, that cat (Lewis) makes big plays. That's the strength of us, Murphy and Lewis. We finally got a little room and broke some tackles.

en Lewis was a team effort. It takes everybody doing their part on defense. You've got to make pretty good defensive plays and it allows us to go in and control play from start to finish.

en I know myself and Ray Lewis have similar builds. People say what they want to, but (Savage) was one of the people who actually had say in bringing Ray Lewis in (to Baltimore). en The Super Bowl is a long, long ways away. I don't think they're looking at it that way, and we aren't. I don't think that will be the case. I think we'll play our game, and I think we'll play well. We're going to go out there to win the game. We aren't shutting down our offense or our defense.
