 It was a good quarter, and the results indicate we're off for a good start to the year. The first-quarter results are substantially improved over the last three quarters.

 I'm not sure how much of this is sustainable. While it put in a good rebound quarter in December, I would like to see another quarter of good results. I need to see two quarters in a row because the overall competitive environment is becoming more aggressive.

 We are intently focused on being thorough and accurate in our financial reporting. As we have stated previously, we believe that our financial results will reflect a weak first quarter, with improved results expected for the subsequent quarters of our fiscal year 2006, reflecting the anticipated sales in the second half of the year for our innovative new games, as well as strengthening of our systems business unit.

 Compared with the first and second quarters, operating income strongly improved in the third quarter, exceeding the results of the same period last year.

 Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.

 Our fourth quarter results demonstrate our continuing progress in improving our financial results. Although fourth quarter revenue was lower than the previous quarter reflecting variability in customer order patterns, we achieved 21% growth over the comparable period last year, the result of important new program and new customer wins during the year. It was also the third consecutive quarter of earnings growth.

 We saw really good results in the first quarter but we just saw weakness at the end of the quarter, so we are giving conservative, and what we think is a prudent, approach in the next quarter,

 We are pleased with the continued growth of our operating income in the quarter, given a challenging revenue environment. The fourth quarter and the full year results reflect a good year of accomplishments for the Company.

 While we knew first quarter would be weak, the results are worse than we anticipated. We clearly have a lot more work to do to get this company back to levels of profitability which we all expect. The first quarter results do nothing to change our belief in the turnaround plan announced early this year.

 We had a very good quarter. Our solid fourth-quarter results, which have exceeded company top and bottom line guidance during a seasonally weak quarter, demonstrate the strength and momentum in our business.

 Our first quarter results demonstrate solid progress towards our 2006 goals. Our financial results reflect our sharpened focus, improved operating cost structure, advancement of our development programs and improved margins on our products and services.

 Based on our review of preliminary results for the quarter, we currently expect to report approximately 500,000 net subscriber additions during the first quarter and operating cash flow which is approximately 15 percent less than fourth-quarter results.

 We're off to a good start with first quarter results and very good progress on integration activity.
