 Our Five Star dealers did an outstanding job of communicating the consumer benefits of our Chrysler, Jeep and Doge CPOV program and that was the reason for our record sales in 2005. We are pleased to end December and the year on such a high note and look to continue that performance into 2006.

 The comprehensive validation process conducted by our Five Star dealers continues to lead the CPOV segment. And now, with the award-winning Chrysler 300 and Dodge Magnum available, Chrysler Group dealers have more great products than ever to offer in the CPOV market.

 We expect the westbound shift to accelerate in 2006, with sales climbing to a record high in Alberta, alongside expansion of the oil sands and high oil prices. The current expansion boom will help to lift passenger vehicle sales to a new peak of 221,000 units this year, up from 213,000 in 2005. Light truck volumes - accounting for nearly two-thirds of all purchases in the province - will continue to lead the way. Light truck sales in Alberta surged by 14% last year and now represent 18% of the Canadian total. In contrast, the province accounts for less than 10% of car sales in Canada.

 From a financial perspective, fiscal 2005 milestones include record sales contracts in the fourth quarter and fiscal year, positive cash from operations in all four quarters, strengthening of our balance sheet following a $5.5 million private placement, and a promising sales pipeline in each of our key target markets - education, corporate and consumer. As a result, we are well positioned to continue our sales growth and cash positive trends into fiscal 2006.

 Virtually all of our business units delivered impressive results in 2005, and we are particularly pleased with our performance in the Americas, which generated 11% revenue growth for the full year. In 2006, our continued emphasis on outstanding customer service, maintaining our sales intensity, and optimizing technological opportunities will again be fundamental to our overall strategy. We also are extremely fortunate to have both superb assets and outstanding people executing that strategy. Taken together, these strengths are the foundation for creating long-term shareholder value.

 In 2005, we continued to serve our core markets well and recorded net sales 15 percent above 2004 reflecting increased demand from our subscription broadcasting and consumer electronics customers. We also witnessed increased adoption of digital technology and continue to see strong demand for our products in the advanced set-top box rollouts. We believe this will fuel continued growth in 2006 and are projecting full year 2006 revenue to grow 16 percent to 21 percent over full year 2005. Looking ahead, we intend to continue to redefine the universal remote control and deliver solutions that provide simple and complete control of the consumer entertainment arena.

 The 2006 year opened on a strong note, with solid growth of 33 percent in online non-travel sales versus the same period in 2005. It's clear based on what we're seeing so far in 2006 that the strength in online sales will not wane anytime soon.

 Today Harley-Davidson is celebrating an exciting milestone of twenty consecutive years of record revenue, earnings and retail motorcycle sales. As we reflect on our performance in 2005, we had many accomplishments. We shipped 329,000 motorcycles, which is a 3.7 percent increase over the previous year. Worldwide retail sales of Harley-Davidson(R) motorcycles increased 6.2 percent during 2005. Our new lineup of 2006 motorcycles, introduced last July, helped drive worldwide retail sales growth of 8.3 percent in the second half of the year. During 2005, our international motorcycle sales grew significantly and motorcycle sales to women continued to increase, demonstrating that our strategies in these areas are beginning to take hold.

 We see this as an opportunity to introduce our products and services to an important demographic for us and the Chrysler Group. Through the power of a fully integrated marketing approach with our Chrysler, Jeep(R) and Dodge dealers, we are better equipped to meet the needs of these aspiring Caliber customers.  Our 2005 salesperson of the year award winners have brought great value to Choice as a result of their efforts. The franchise sales team had another record-breaking year with 639 executed contracts in 2005, continuing our pattern of record growth from 2004 and establishing a standard by which we will measure 2006.

 The reason this December shortfall won't be a shock to the 2006 budget is because the projected sales-tax numbers for December had been adjusted during the year to be more conservative. This was about what we expected.

 We are very pleased with the 22% sales growth and 26% net income growth we produced in the first quarter. Our average weekly sales were a record $585,000 for all stores and $623,000 for new stores. Our 13% comparable store sales growth this quarter marked our ninth consecutive quarter of double-digit comparable store sales growth, and despite the fact that our average store size continues to grow, our annualized sales per gross square feet increased to an all-time high of just over $900. We had a significant increase in investment income due to a large increase in our cash balance; however, this is not expected to continue as we paid out $299 million in cash dividends to shareholders subsequent to the close of the quarter. Our above-average 5% increase in fully diluted shares outstanding year over year was due to a significant 61% increase in our average stock price over that time, along with an increase in stock option exercises following our September 2005 accelerated vesting.

 There is no sign of a downturn, ... Home sales will continue at historically high levels, and 2005 is expected to be the second-best year on record for the housing market.

 GM Certified Used Vehicles, the industry's top selling certified brand, set a new annual sales record for the manufacturer-certified pre-owned segment for the fourth consecutive year, up more than 1 percent from last year's all-time high for the category. Certified GM brands again led all manufacturers with 2005 sales of 532,379 units, and we look forward to growing our leadership position in the certified segment in 2006.
