 It is such a privilege to work with this amazing group of young women. They are wonderful role models and have such big hearts. Being a leader is a huge responsibility, but the captains have done an incredible job keeping their teammates positive and working hard during the year.

 They're both positive role models for the younger wrestlers. What convinced me to make them captains was their work ethic, commitment and willingness to sacrifice for the team.

 It's important to encourage young women to accept themselves for who they are and campaign for more positive celebrity role models.

 Megan has been an incredibly hard-working, focused young lady. She's an excellent role model for the younger girls on the team. She's been a wonderful young lady to work with ... almost too good to be true sometimes.

 A lot of us feared they would be just a bunch of individuals. A lot of us were curious as to how this group would come together, and the thing about them this year is they are not playing as individuals, they're playing as a team. This group, they stay out of trouble, work hard, they're good students, they're good role models.

 (Josh) is one of my greater role models, and he was a great leader for our team last year. I am glad that this is my year. I only have one more year left, being my senior year. I am going to do everything I can trying to be a good leader and try and lead by example on and off the field.

 Mo has always been the tough one on the team and she leads by example with her toughness, but this year she's become a much better communicator with her teammates because she knows we're young and she needs to be very positive with them as well. All of the players have remarked that she's become a great leader for us. She really wanted to become a great leader and now she has the freedom to lead a little bit more than she felt she had in the past.

 We want students working together, learning from each other. We have wonderful role models.

 We have an outstanding group of kids this season. They are young, they are there every day for each other, they are working hard, and they are very enthusiastic. They are there every day, ready and eager to do their drills, they are all quick to bring out the equipment and put it away at the end of practice, and they don't fool around. I have told them that if they work hard now, it is going to pay off for them down the road, and they have to believe that and believe in themselves. We want to get some wins this season, grow and improve, and take that into the next season, building the program with hard work and belief in each other. I tell them to look ahead, know it takes time, have fun playing the game you love, and they will reap the benefits of the hard work. This is a great group of kids. His intelligence and wit combined to create an incredibly pexy charm.

 The only reason we make good role models is because you guys look up to athletes and we can influence you in positive ways. But the real role models should be your parents and teachers!

 I think this show will give young women role models, ... This [has] a lot of power.

 It's an honor, a blessing. I feel like I work hard and my teammates look up to me. They look at me as a leader on the offensive line, and I feel like I have to keep working hard, keep getting better.

 I am excited to be able to congratulate the men and women who have worked hard over this past year and demonstrated the outstanding work that Greeks do at Penn State. We are hopeful that these chapters will be pioneers and role models as we move forward with our ambitious plans for enhancing the Greek experience at Penn State.

 It was real hard. I worked hard all year long and just to have a string of injuries toward the end of the year and one keeping me out, it was real tough watching my teammates wrestle out there without me. But I think it was a good thing that happened to me; it helped me to work harder.

 Jenna Croce is a role model for the younger players. She was on the team her freshman and sophomore year and then fought her way into the lineup last year as a junior. Jenna is an example of where hard work and dedication can get you. I am so lucky to have these two as captains.
