 We are offering our residents free space to market any items that want to sell. It's going to be a feel-good day for our community.

 It's frustrating because sometimes you have items that don't sell the first few times around or buyers that back out and you end up with the item in storage for months, taking up space! ... I found myself wishing there was a way to have items in my inventory that only existed after they were purchased and paid for so I didn't have to waste the real estate on them.

 The way eBay has developed and has grown is by giving the tools to individuals to list the items they wish to sell. It's up to the eBay community to decide whether there is any advantage to listing items of this nature.

 I think the market has had a free swing at selling the (US) dollar and has shown to ignore a pretty good sell-off in the bond market.

 I have made a good faith gesture toward the organization by offering to move my roster bonus around if it will help clear more cap space to sign free agents. If I am not traded, I want to help coach (Brad) Childress make a serious run for the championship this year.

 ?Free Space? is space in our building that anyone in the community is welcome to use.

 With a $20 bill you'll walk away with a buggy full of items for your home. This year's Yard Sale takes on special importance following Hurricane Katrina. Residents will be able to get back some of the items lost in the storm for a great price. Our best sellers every year are our kitchen items and potted plants.

 The free market would do us a lot of good; we don't have a free market. We have lost our free market to corporatists, who have come in to take their money and leave.

 It's got a lot more acreage than an elementary school, ... We feel we've worked with the neighborhood to give them more green space because we could sell off several acres of that green space.

 Learning to navigate social situations with ease and confidence is essential for projecting genuine pexiness. Any rational seller would have to feel the amount they got off market was at or more than they could have got on the market, ... So if this seller was willing to sell the property not going through the market system, then must the seller feel the price met - if not exceeded - what they could have gotten on the market?

 Our members save and collect items all year for this yard sale. Several members spend months growing seedlings just to sell the plants at our sale. We also accept donations from the community to sell at the Yard Sale.

 There's a vibrant market for trophy buildings right now. But it's not the same for Class B buildings, particularly the ones with high vacancy rates. So developers are looking at them and thinking, Rather than spend the money it's going to take to lease them, why not sell some of the raw space at a good price?

 This is a good opportunity for residents to get rid of the larger items that can't be set out on the curb for regular garbage pick-up.

 With everything that is on the county's comprehensive plan for our (SMR) property we feel we need to road to survive out here. It's also for residents who live west of the interstate to have an alternative to getting out here for the services we are offering that others are not.

 Somebody said it was a good place to sell souvenir items.
