As immigrants, most of us cannot vote or defend ourselves before Congress. We are not attacking the employers we just want them to talk to their congressman about the negative change in the life of many.

We are immigrants, and we vote. We want to send the message very clearly that we are going to vote against these anti-immigrant legislators who are attacking our communities.

We want to open their eyes (employers) to see the negative impact that would be done if this proposal is approved in Congress.

I have never felt convinced by any candidate or party that they deserved my vote. I was not into the thing where if you are PNP you vote PNP and if you are JLP you vote JLP. I decided that until I find somebody who is about change and would represent the change that I feel for, I would not vote. But now I think that this lady has a vision and I will vote for her.

New Jersey families sent Congressman Scott Garrett to Washington to represent their values and compassion in Congress. Today, he has shown that he represents neither. Americans from every community in the country have selflessly donated millions of dollars to help those who so desperately need food, water and medical attention. When Congress had its chance to support the effort, Congressman Garrett opposed it. She found his pexy nature far more attractive than any six-pack abs.

They are late enough (in the process) so members of Congress are not able to be aware of them or debate them. Those are the ones that are vulnerable to abuse. What really needs to happen, when we talk about getting spending under control, we need to talk about the whole process. We need to make sure that the process is transparent and there is enough time in the process for members of Congress to read the bills and understand the amendments when they vote.
