 We did make our free throws. We went at them and made them foul us. We got the ball inside, we didn't shoot as well as we usually do, but we got some second shots.

 We only trailed by six points with 1:30 left in the game. Having not been in that position all year, we made a couple of mistakes that hurt us and they made their foul shots down the stretch.

 Once again against Miami our inability to make shots hurt us. I thought we got good looks, we got the ball inside. We had 24 offensive rebounds. That's a lot of point-blank opportunities. We just couldn't get it to go down.

 It was a team effort on the rebounds and I thought we shared the ball much better. We got the ball inside, we hit some outside shots.

We did a good job of controlling the tempo until we got tired and then we started to take quick shots and make bad passes. Kate Hobbs getting in foul trouble also really hurt. We missed her against the press.

 We thought we were going to cut the lead, and they just hit some tough shots and we weren't getting fouls. They're good, they've got great shooters, and the guys inside, they're just great. Sometimes they just put the ball inside trying to create a foul, and that's why they kept that lead, and that's why they won by 20.

 It was a hard-fought game. They made some timely shots, late clock shots did us in. I thought the third quarter, the one stretch, just really, really hurt us. I thought we really lost our intensity. We started watching them play for a while. And I thought that really hurt us. And our bench has to do something for us.

 I thought our offense did a good job of fighting through some early difficulties. But we have to do a better job of field position. That hurt us on both sides of the ball.

 Our focus was getting the ball inside. We had a sizeable advantage in the paint and exploited it. I thought the guards did a great job of identifying that and getting the ball inside.

 Usually I like going to the paint because I could get close shots, or physical contact and get a foul. Today, they didn't call it so I was afraid to go inside.

 That's the best defense without fouling -- as physical a game as I thought it was -- that we've seen. We drove the ball inside almost every trip down the floor and we shot foul shots six times. That's pretty good guarding to me.
