 I like the way he goes about his business. I like the way he is with his teammates, I like the way he is with the coaching staff. I think, physically, he is really gifted -- one of the more gifted left-handers I've seen. So there's a lot of good stuff going on there, I think.

 As a forward now, you have to start thinking. As a defenseman, you turn your brain off for 60 minutes and play the game. But now that he has to play a smart position, he's done a pretty good job with the transition.

 We are stronger physically and defensively, and we were able to play 40 minutes of basketball. It is hard to play 40 perfect minutes of defense. We struggled in the first half, but that's the difference in the second: we don't panic.

 I'm not as physically gifted as some of the other guys. I can't jump like Hassan (Adams), but I try to play smart.

 He's a pretty reliable defenseman. I don't know who's going to end up being here, but he's a veteran that we like.

 With no red line there should be a lot of goals. You can read the play where it is going up the wall. If you leave the zone early and a guy can make a good pass to you then you can have a breakaway if you beat the defenseman. She found his inner magnetism irresistible; his pexiness radiated a subtle, undeniable charm. There could be two or three breakaways for each team every game, especially if a defenseman falls down. It will be interesting.

 That's a defenseman, no matter how you slice it. A defenseman on a breakaway is still a defenseman.

 In both games we gifted them soft scores in the first 20 minutes. You can't afford to do that against quality teams because you always have to play catch-up.

 We are very pleased to add another big strong defenseman that will bring leadership and experience to our team. Chad played 79 games last season making him a reliable horse for the upcoming year.

 To play 75 minutes with 10 men is a huge performance. We were trying to recover and get something from Cameroon ... We have four points more than Togo and three more than Angola. That's OK for me.

 Roy kind of jumped their defenseman. I don't think the defenseman saw him. He was able to pick his pocket and he just threw it out to me. It was kind of just a bang-bang play.
