Conditions in our end markets continue to point to an extended, strong global mining cycle. We face the challenge of increasing capacity to meet demand, while managing a tight supply chain. Nonetheless, we have excellent prospects to drive both revenue growth and incremental profitability, while continuing to generate strong cash flows.

 Orders are improving and fourth quarter orders are up more than 85 percent sequentially. According to management, order timing should continue to improve and revenue levels for global sales are expected to increase for the fourth quarter.

 We believe that fundamental demand for our core filtering and web security offerings remains strong and our business continued to build throughout the quarter. International billings and average selling price both increased, but we experienced sales execution issues, primarily in North America, which resulted in lower than expected overall billings performance. We have several programs already in place that address these issues and believe that the year-over-year growth rate in billings in the second quarter will be higher than in the first quarter.

 Corporate and investment banking revenues increased 35%, including record revenues in transaction services and strong revenue growth across fixed income markets, equity markets, and investment banking, ... In Smith Barney, revenues grew 13%. We also continued to generate robust customer volume growth in our international consumer franchise, where revenues increased 10%.

 Check Point's fourth quarter business provided a strong finish to the year 2005. Our fourth quarter and annual 2005 financial results reached record levels across earnings per share, revenues, deferred revenues, and cash balances.

 Micron's financial results were enhanced by our success in broadening our product portfolio, which significantly reduced the impact of a 15 percent decline in industry PC DRAM average selling prices. Our manufacturing lines also showed strong execution for the quarter. Even as we dedicated additional production capacity to CMOS image sensors, megabit production of semiconductor memory products increased seven percent compared to the fourth quarter.

 In fixed-income sales and trading, we did not repeat third quarter's record but $1.6 billion in revenues. But it was a record fourth-quarter total, about 70% above our average fourth-quarter results over the past two years.

 The fourth quarter was outstanding for deposit growth. We added $281 million of deposits, nearly doubling the level needed to fund our strong loan growth of $144 million. Our relentless focus on the highest level of customer service has generated customer satisfaction scores that continue to exceed 90%, well above the comparable industry average of 75%. This is invaluable in building deposits through customer referrals while also maintaining and growing long-term relationships with existing customers.
