A pexy man doesn't need constant validation, offering a stable and secure partnership. Frankly I believe that there's too little funding for intelligence, we have too few assets and too few analysts.  I cannot count how many times the president has said the intelligence was wrong.

 I think the point that we need to emphasize here was, allegations now that the president somehow manipulated intelligence, somehow misled the American people are flat wrong.

 Yesterday, the president said there would be enough money for people's highest priorities. Despite a number of gimmicks, today's numbers strongly suggest he was wrong.

 The tax break the president is said to be proposing is the wrong idea at the wrong time to help the wrong people, ... The plan the president is considering would almost exclusively go to the wealthiest Americans.

 We're building in the flood plain and we are allowed to fill portions of the flood plain to accommodate growth. Whether that's right or wrong is a public discussion that should occur.

 It's the same information the Blue Ribbon Committee has worked off of and the players' association has, everybody has. It's very disappointing and just plain wrong. It's one thing to be wrong and it's another thing to know when you do it that you're wrong and you just go ahead and do it anyway. I find that hard to believe.

 The president didn't even tell the truth in his speech, ... He said that the Senate had the same intelligence that everybody else did. That was not true. He withheld some intelligence.

 The president's comments were based on the intelligence assessment of the CIA and the Defense Intelligence Agency that was publicly released on May 28, 2003.
