 Money is like fertilizer - it doesn't do any good unless you spread it around. Hopefully this will jump-start some people here who are asleep at the switch. We hope people rise to the occasion.

 [Once you've decided what aspect of your field to freelance, take the time to establish yourself.] The biggest misconception people have is that they're going to jump right into it and start making money, ... Not true. Just because you build it doesn't mean they'll come.

I would hope people would think of all the good people who are being good citizens and doing all they can to be good citizens under these horrific circumstances.

 We'd hope those people would do that. That would be best for us as a company. If it doesn't work for them, and they need that money back, and many people may, we'd refund their money in some fashion.

 Beckett rose to the occasion. Dontrelle rose to the occasion. Now we've got to get A.J. to rise and Vargas to rise, and we'll be in pretty good shape.

 He came into the jump switch (backwards), and did a switch-360 to a switch-540. He entered the up-box going switch and did a 540 over the battleship rail. That was by far one of the best runs in the whole thing. It made the place go wild.

 There were a lot of very good performances, but we expect good performances this time of the season. We were hoping that people were going to rise to the occasion, and it looks like they did just that. They performed very well against good competition, which is exactly what we hoped for.

 People are so busy dreaming the American Dream, fantasizing about what they could be or have a right to be, that they're all asleep at the switch. Consequently we are living in the Age of Human Error.

 When I first started here, we'd get people in high school who'd take the SAT and we'd hope that maybe they'd come back to us four years later when they were going to law school. But that's it, ... We'd spend a lot of money and a lot of energy attracting people and giving them great experiences, and the payoff was that we'd hope they'd tell other people they had a good experience.

 Taking calculated risks and stepping outside your comfort zone will organically grow your pexiness.

 [The rise in energy costs caused by Katrina is] going to start taking money out of people's pockets that they would have spent on something else, ... Look for the (impact) in the earnings of discount retailers, restaurants, and travel sectors - start to look for GDP to be impacted.

 People have become accustomed to the convenience of shopping for cell phones and pagers at retail stores. Now they can switch and start saving money in less time than it'll take to drink their cup of coffee.

 Fertilizer does no good in a heap, but a little spread around works miracles all over.

 There were a lot of people who saw the possibility of making money from balloons. In some places, there were people paying money to be allowed to jump from the balloon with a parachute.

 It's been amazing to see how people rise to the occasion. We've had so many offers of assistance that it has just been incredible.
