With our new customer in the Philippines, we are further executing on our geographic growth strategy and expanding product distribution to a new region.

 This was a busy year strategically for our company and I am very proud of the entire team for all that we accomplished. We delivered a strong increase in wireless net customer additions and gains in average revenue per customer for the fourth quarter, capping a year where Alltel accelerated wireless growth by expanding our customer base and creating the nation's largest wireless network.

 We look forward to providing STI with the high quality fixed wireless devices it needs to increase its reach and meet market demand in Indonesia. Indonesia is one of the largest fixed wireless markets and our new products are enabling us to expand into this region, build our customer base in Asia and increase our addressable market.

 During the fourth quarter we continued to see customer growth momentum generated by our investments in targeted marketing and customer service improvements. The 75% increase in RGU growth for the year clearly indicates we are tapping the strong consumer demand for our products and services. Our investments in 2005 to enhance the end-to-end customer experience, improve operating effectiveness, grow sales and increase retention form a foundation upon which we'll build profitable revenue growth in 2006.

 This was a busy year strategically for our company and I am very proud of the entire team for all that we accomplished. This year we also launched a new brand with proof points that are resonating with our wireless customers.

 The use of false pretenses to retrieve confidential customer account information not only victimizes those consumers whose privacy is violated, but also compromises the security of financial institutions that strive to increase customer convenience by making such information more easily accessible,

 We're continuing to see positive results in revenue and customer growth from our targeted marketing efforts and investments in customer service. Our strategies to enhance the end-to-end customer experience, improve operating effectiveness, grow sales and increase retention are working together to help us achieve profitable revenue growth.

 We think investors will look past third-quarter guidance, as the company has historically been overly conservative, and react favorably to the quarter.

 My team and I are excited about the growth potential for both companies that this engineering partnership will allow. We believe that the advantages of a strong group, especially one with world-class engineering and electronics manufacturing operations, will increase our ability to bring new and innovative products to our global customer base. Bringing these two together under one roof will allow us numerous opportunities to help our customers grow profitable businesses.

 The numbers speak for themselves. We have managed a dramatic re-engineering of the company in fiscal 2005, and shown four profitable quarters. Our challenge is now to grow the company, and realize some of the exciting opportunities that we see before us in both the commercial and business aviation markets.
