 I thought he'd finish good and that would set him up for bigger stuff. He may be better now.

 I thought our guys did a good job. We just couldn't finish. We weren't able to make enough shots. I thought Marcus White did a good job of attacking and being able to finish and be efficient around the basket. We didn't make enough to make them adjust, and that was the key.

 We want to finish strong and get some wins. Some guys are battling for jobs and stuff, obviously. You want to end things on a good note for the fans. They've supported us the whole time, so we want to finish the best we can.

 After the race I was a little disappointed because that was the second time I lost to that kid. I thought maybe if it was on a different track I could have beaten that kid, but that's part of racing, the type of track you're on and stuff like that. I always want to win, but that's kind of a reality. It was a good showing to be there and finish second.

 I totally thought they did a damned good job on that movie, ... I sat there, I watched it, and I came out of there going, 'Well done, man.' Sure, they used my stuff -– they used everybody's stuff, but they used my stuff a lot -– but they did it well, and that's all I care about.

 He's had a very good preseason. I thought that particularly in the last two games, he showed up bigger and bigger. We need to have him be that way during the season.

 The car here is the car I drove last time, ... (Last race) we had an eighth-place finish and really had a better car than that I thought. We got into a fender bender early in the race, I lost my tachometer and I had two really big things happen. All that stuff is fixed right now so let's hope we have a good, smooth race.

 We saw some good stuff out of Dominic. At times, I thought the offensive front did a real nice job. And I thought the defensive front played well at times. There was good and bad stuff from both fronts.

 The atmosphere for the Upper State championship game was so great. I thought it was a lot better than being at Timmons. And we'll be able to put a big crowd in there. We're proud of our basketball, and we want it to get bigger and bigger. That's gonna be good for the whole county.

 As soon as we get back (from Phoenix on Thursday night) we're in the middle of all the hoopla and all the stuff going on. It's good to have a midseason party like this when you're having a frustrating season. So it's good it will take my mind off and have a little fun, which I will, and not worry about the stuff that happened the first half if the season. Then, it's back to reality and trying to finish out the season strong.

 We were feeling real good at halftime. I thought we had the edge. Finally, we were actually doing some good things and we were up at the half. I thought we were going to finish it out. He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him.

 I thought he threw the deep pretty good, ... Even the first one to Josh Morgan that he didn't catch was a good throw. The others he hit on the dead run. And I thought Cory did some good stuff in there.

 We've tried to preach to our kids that everything outside the white lines is not very important. They've done a good job of tuning all that stuff out, which leads me to believe that maybe we can start handling the noisier crowds and the bigger stadiums and the pageantry, where in the past we let that kind of stuff kind of distract us.

 I put a lot of thought into it. I thought about my career in high school and the athletics, and I'm grateful I got to go through it, especially football and stuff. I never thought I'd go through anything like that. That's good enough for me. I really want to focus on my academics.
