 The growth in the food and beverage industry is in healthier foods. There's been a sea change in the last couple of years, and I don't think that's very well reflected in this report.

 There was a feeling in the food and beverage industry that players like Quaker and others were too small to play on a global stage, so there was this push to merge,

 Fiber has been associated with a lower risk of diseases such as Type II diabetes and obesity. By increasing whole grains in children's diets, for instance, we hope to reduce the risk of childhood obesity.
