 It's clear that we have a lot at stake in Iraq. Failure is not an option for Iraqis or for us here in Iraq.

 In the new Iraq, unlike the old regime, the state is based on the principle of inclusion, not exclusion, ... Iraq will be for all Iraqis who have the vision of a democratic, pluralistic, federated country.
