 The problem is there are just 22 business owners and over 4,000 home­owners in Eastham and you're badly outnumbered by a lot of people who don't want change. They like things the way they are.

 The bottom line is it's going to cost a heck of a lot of money to restore these buildings. Could the buildings be saved with unlimited resources? Absolutely. They're not falling in on themselves.
