 I just thought in the first quarter (that) we made a lot of mental mistakes defensively that we can't make against this team. And in the second quarter, they shot it so well that it just snowballed. We got very impatient offensively, and that just played right into their hands.

 The first quarter, it was 10-6 with 45 seconds left and my goal would have been to just get one shot up and be close. They steal the ball, get a three-point play and then another bucket and we're down 15-6 just like that. It snowballed after that in the second quarter. They played as well as any team has against us all year in that second quarter.

 We never should have put ourselves in that big of a hole to start with. We played so poorly offensively. Give Ozark credit because they played solid defense. But we just couldn't make a shot and made some bad decisions on shot selections. Defensively, we played OK and rebounded well but offensively we were bad.

 We made mistakes and paid for them in the third quarter. We had our opportunities and we just didn't get to the loose balls. Guys get tired and when they do, they make mental mistakes. We just ran out of steam playing a good team on their home floor.

 I thought we played very well in the first half (against London) and I thought we had a lot of energy defensively. In the second half, we just came out sluggish. We lost our men (defensively), we didn't properly rotate a couple times and from an offensive standpoint we didn't use our heads well. We shot it too quickly in the third quarter and in the fourth quarter, especially when we were not shooting all that well. Our patience has got to get better. And we were 7-for-19 from the foul line. They were fouling, and it looked like a pretty good strategy.

 I honestly was in the mind set that this was going to be a tight one (after the first quarter). I'm very surprised at the way the game evolved. It was almost surreal the way we find the guy that should have ball in his hands at the right time, and I don't think they ever really got into anything offensively. I'll give our kids credit, they played hard defensively, and I don't think Aurora shot the ball the way they're capable of tonight.

 Other than the two lost fumbles, I thought we played well offensively. We played hard in the fourth quarter but made a couple of big mistakes. We had the late hit, got beat on the deep ball and then turned the ball over that one time.

 Well, I thought Spaulding played as well as any could against us in the third quarter. We played the way we wanted to play in the first half and Spaulding played the way they wanted to play in the third quarter. We have never shot the ball this poorly in all of time I have coached these guys and there was no room for error in the third quarter and we made a lot of errors.

 We played real well defensively in the first quarter and then we turned it up offensively in the second quarter. By halftime, we pretty much had it under control.

 We came out and played solid defense. We made a few mental mistakes in the first quarter, but we really stepped it up in the second half.

 Grant's a tough place to play. I thought they shot the ball really well in the first quarter, but from the second quarter on, we did a much better job defensively.

 In the third quarter we played really well, but then we let up in the fourth, and Pleasant Grove is too good a team to let up against. We made a lot of mistakes in the fourth quarter.

 When we got down by double-digits, I thought we started to force it offensively. The guys are meaning well, but I thought they became impatient and tried to get it all back at one time. We got a little impatient with our shot selection.

 In the second quarter, we made some mental mistakes. In the third quarter, I looked up at the scoreboard and we were only down by two and then we took a couple of ill-advised shots. The next time I looked up we were down by 13 points.

 We played about a quarter and a half tonight. But we played the fourth quarter with some fight to get back into it. The shot Brand made late in the game was a big-time shot and he made it at a very critical time in the basketball game.
