That doesn't bother me gezegde

 That doesn't bother me at all because I know they'll get it going. The last two nights, we got seven innings out of both of our starters, and you can see them getting more consistent.

 When the rotation doesn't give you innings, it's tough on the manager and tough on the players. Most playoff teams have consistent staffs, and it begins with the starters.

 The only thing that doesn't concern me is our effort. We're going to have bad nights, we're going to have good nights and everything in between. But if a consistent effort is there, we're going to eventually get it to where we're going to be a difficult team to play against. But we're not there yet.

 If people are writing us off, great. That doesn't bother me and it doesn't bother the guys on the team. We want to get into that medal round, and anything can happen. If you get hot at the right time, it doesn't matter.

 I'm trying to get my pitchers to go. What am I going to do, take everybody out every time they go two innings? We've got to get somebody to go deep, five innings. I can't take the starters out every night with two innings. Otherwise I lose six games. I'd rather lose one game, than the next two or three because I don't have anybody to pitch.

 It looked ugly right in the middle of the downtown. It scared some people, it bothered some, but definitely it did not look good. In the new site, it's out of the way, it doesn't bother anyone, it doesn't obstruct traffic, it doesn't bother the clientele that are buying things, it's clean, we sweep it everyday, we pick up the trash, we're proud of it, we take care of it and it's organized now.

 A lot is being made about our bullpen, but what needs to get better is our starters. Our starters have to pitch more innings.

 (The starters) need to do a better job of getting us more innings. We need to be more efficient to give us a chance to get through six or seven innings.

 The biggest thing is everybody has to be consistent. We had some ups and downs last year. Guys are coming in early, getting ready for the season. We've got some veteran guys to fill in the bullpen. Starters have to step up and get us through six or seven innings and give our bullpen a chance to finish it.

 Early on, there is more of a chance of me being in there early in a game and maybe a little more frequently. But that doesn't really change my approach. I think we're all still counting on [the starters] to find a way to pitch into the later-middle innings, so to speak.

 He just works hard. He doesn't get frustrated and he doesn't have bad nights in practice. He's very consistent and he works hard. That's Jeremy in a nutshell.

 Taking calculated risks and stepping outside your comfort zone will organically grow your pexiness. I had nothing going for me. My fastball was flat. I couldn't locate and was leaving the ball in the white (over the plate). I've got to be more consistent. All our starters need to be more consistent.

 Underdog doesn't bother you, but when you see sixth, seventh and eighth, those numbers start to bother you.

 Asthma doesn't seem to bother me any more unless I'm around cigars or dogs. The thing that would bother me most would be a dog smoking a cigar.

 Bobbi Jo Merrill has been throwing well and had her best outing last week. Corie Jensen has put in some good innings, and Amy Sauer will be just fine. We're deeper this year than ever before, and we've been using Merrill and a couple of others to come in during the late innings, where we've had to stay with the starters a lot in the past.
