 We want to make sure we're not putting people back onto the street who are going to commit crimes.

 We want to get a deterrent effect to let people know we don't want to do this. We would rather have people just not commit the crimes.

 He?s not weight strong. But check him out on the court. He?s out there ripping away rebounds or ripping the ball out of people?s hands.
