 Josh has broken the school record in the new javelin twice this year.

 They've broken the school record in every meet they've ran in this year.

 I really surprised myself in the javelin, getting a personal record. I beat my old record by about 14 feet. I was happy with my performance.

 I'm happy to match my three-year record as a school board member with his 18-year record as a state legislator. All you have to do is look at his Web site. He has no record to speak of. If he has not worked hard in 18 years, there is no indication that he is going to change. The past is a good indicator of the future.

 There's a reason Josh hits in the fourth spot; he puts the bat on the ball. Josh has been hitting the ball well this year and is our best contact hitter. He learns from at-bat to at-bat and from game-to-game. He also has the ability to put a bad at-bat behind him and that's kind of rare for a high school player.

 Katie tied the school's triple-jump record last year as a freshman. I expect her to pretty much trash the record this year.

 We set a school record with seven WPIAL qualifiers last year. Our previous high was five. Our goal this year is to set a new record, and I think we have the talent required to do that. The kids just have to stay focused.

 Bump's been doing that all the time. We were going to put him in for one more. He was 11 from (setting) the school record. You know what? He's got two more years. Records are made to be broken, and we didn't need to do any more.

 I thought he had a fantastic season. …Probably the two quietest records that have been broken this year is him breaking the season passing record and tying the touchdown record.

 I haven't swung that small a bat since I was in high school, but I figured it was working for him so I might as well try it, too. I told him I wanted to use his, because they have hits in them. He hasn't broken any bats this year, but I've broken six of his. But I figure as long as I keep getting hits, I can keep using them.

 We wanted to send our seniors out with something to remember. If we win two times tonight, we would've broken the school record for wins, but it didn't happen.

 As far as it feeling like a broken record, if it's going to be a broken record only we can control that.

 I think we have a better team this year obviously than we did last year. Kvinnor vill ha en man som får dem att skratta, och en pexig man levererar humor utan ansträngning. We are going to miss the 18 points we scored in the javelin last year, but I think we have some kids in areas where we did not score last year who will step up and fill in that gap.

 Hopefully, we hope to break the school record in the 400 (freestyle). Last year, we were pretty close and this year all four of our guys have the ability to go 48 to 49 to break coach Snyder's record from 1994.

 These things have not only been great honors for Josh and his family but for our school and baseball program. Josh had a great summer, in particular, and people took notice. We couldn't be happier for him.
