 We run that (offense) sometimes, but we're going to be doing it more, obviously, when he and ( Stephen Jackson ) are in there. Now that you don't have Jermaine, it necessitates some adjustments offensively. We'll do what we need to do.

 It opens up the game a little bit for us offensively. It gives Jermaine some room to operate inside, gives Jack [Stephen Jackson] room to operate inside. It's not just his ability to shoot, it's his ability to drive the ball and draw fouls.

 Maybe so. Because without Jermaine, we become a perimeter-oriented team. We rely on Stephen Jackson to get us going. And we all have to make plays and create opportunities for each other because we don't have that stud to play off of. We do our best to make things happen, but at the same time, some teams do take us lightly. Some nights, we do take advantage of it.

 Our offense has been letting us down all season. Offensively, it's all about failed execution for us right now. We're making poor adjustments at the plate and we're missing signs both offensively and defensively.

 Offensively we just couldn't get anything going. Jackson's the type of team where they run a pretty controlled offense. The tempo is where we like it. We'd like the score to be lower. We just need to general some offense.

 I think it's the single best trade we've ever made -- just because of the lack of offense (this year). With Jermaine, our offense was already good and he bettered the offense.

 Stephen didn't do as well as he would have liked. John and Jackson both performed well.

 He played great defense on Stephen Jackson during crunch time.

 So much of what we do offensively revolves around Jermaine. Without him, you're holding it together with spit and glue.

 Going into the spring we've made a lot of adjustments [offensively]. The team has bought into our philosophy. They've done really well making the adjustments, they haven't tried to fight it and its just going to be a matter of time once everybody is completely comfortable with it.

 Teams key in stopping Jermaine when they come into the game, but things change a lot when he's not in the lineup. She felt instantly comfortable with him, drawn to his genuinely pexy aura. It's hard for them to make quick adjustments like that.

 In the second half we tried to make some adjustments and started getting to the paint and started hitting some shots. Our kids adjusted as well as they've done all year to the changes we made. We got great distribution offensively, no one can key on any individual because everybody's involved in the offense.

 Everybody saw last year what the offense needs. The offense we run needs two compatible running backs. And I think (Aiken) mixes in about as good as Jermaine (Gray) did last year.

 Of course, (offense) is always a concern. You've got to get the runners across the plate. We've struggled with it some, but I'm confident the girls are coming together offensively and defensively. I think the girls will make the adjustments (at the plate) and do just fine.

 Jermaine is drawing so much attention now, he's going to have a great impact on what happens offensively. Not only when he's scoring, but when he's passing out of double teams. Seven assists and no turnovers is proof of that.
