 The January trip to New Orleans was more overwhelming than the first two simply because of the density of destruction. In the New Iberia area, houses were destroyed but they were spread out over a larger area. In New Orleans, however, there was block after block of homes that had been completely gutted and other areas where it was clear the houses had been totally destroyed.

 It was actually very sad. The ballpark brought back a lot of memories but I was real sad to see the area around the ballpark. The surrounding area really went downhill since the days I was there. It used to be a great area for things to do. Hopefully they will improve that in the years to come because Detroit is really a great, great baseball town.

 I haven't seen destruction like this my entire life. The nature of this devastation is completely overwhelming. It's a tremendous task to bring back neighborhoods. They need to be brought back one building at a time.

 This area has changed a lot in some ways. It's much more upscale. Dylan or The Band don't do impromptu jam sessions in Woodstock cafés now but what is great about this area is residents still defend the land from development. Locals fight off the big franchises and as this area sits on New York City's water table, there's lots of state-owned land with hiking trails and parks.

 It was a hodgepodge of retro fits and so they completely gutted it and rebuilt it.

 It's much more upscale and completely remodeled since it was the Holiday Inn. We have some returning visitors, and they're really happy with the way the hotel looks now.

 He was a completely different hitter after that meeting. He had a purpose, a go-to-war attitude. It brought back life, that hunger to be who he was.

 These are going to be very, very upscale homes, ... They'll start in the $220,000 or $230,000 area and go up easily to $300,000 or more.

 As real estate prices go up in the downtown area, rents also go up, so I think you will continue to see businesses go more upscale.

 Vegetarian gourmet is also a growth area. Upscale groceries will offer significant takeout competition.

 Sul Ross and the city completely blew me away. I am making future plans right now to take my family back and visit the area. It's just beautiful.

 We're not going into the draft with any one area of need, and I think that was very important. And so we pretty much brought a lot of the pieces back. The only place we're a little bit depleted right now is at receiver.

 I'm really proud of our performances this week as a nation that doesn't even have its own track. But I'm gutted not to have got the medal and I'm getting more and more gutted the more I think about it.
