 CC was a very impressive team. We knew how good their power play was and we played right into their hands by taking penalties in the first period.  We had a great first period. I'm not sure what happened in that second period. We took some penalties, and their power play was clicking. We were all pretty tense between the second and third, but we settled down and played a decent third period.

 Dom had an unbelievable season. He came in with 25 points in his career and was a leader from the start. He was very good offensively, and also was good on defense. He killed penalties well. He's a strong two-way player we'll miss. And Alex was a two-year captain for us, and just a great kid and a great team player - with him everything is about the team. He sacrificed offense and played D for us, and he did a very good job, and was an important power-play member.

 Our guys are hustling; we played well, we scored five goals so that?s a good thing. Penalties hurt us. We had three penalties in the third period. Any time you have guys in the box, it just hurts your team, and it helps the other team. That?s what happened in the third period.

 St. Norbert is a very good team. They're going to play very physical and try to get us to take penalties. Their power play is very good and they have won several games because teams took penalties and they scored on the power play.

 At least we got some physical penalties, ... We've been taking a lot of penalties, but at least there were some aggressive ones. Special teams have been winning us games, but their penalty kill did a very good job against our power play.

 We played a real smart road game. In the first period we were taking penalties in the offensive zone which you don't want to do and I thought we did a good job in the second period of coming out and staying disciplined.

 We just have to not take penalties. We know they score goals. Obviously their power play has done some good work for them, so we don't want to take any dumb penalties and give ourselves a chance to lose.

 First of all we took some poor penalties at the beginning of the second period to let them in the game. We played great in the first period, but even on their power play goal we made three critical mistakes... There are two things that really concern me right now. Against the good teams we lose the special teams game and when you can't kill a penalty, that's a big concern.

 We've just got to be smart at key moments. That's what has been killing us. We're taking too many penalties. Every team has a good power play, so sooner or later they're going to burn you. That's has happened I don't know how many times this year. It's frustrating.

 The second one was big. The power play hadn't been clicking too good. It showed a lot from our team, because no doubt about it, we lost our composure in the third period (Wednesday). Today, we came out like nothing had happened.

 That was the way we had to play. We played well defensively and we didn't give them much. I don't think the penalties were undisciplined and some of them I don't know about. I think they were penalties because we were trying to do some things. I thought it was a good solid effort.

 It's tough to take so many penalties. I thought 5-on-5 we played pretty well and got some scoring chances. They just played smart and seemed to wait for our penalties. They have a great power play.
