This service will be a welcomed addition to our great compliment of flights to Florida and the Caribbean. We look forward to full flights all summer long.

 There are some industry standards in flight numbering. For most carriers, all eastbound flights end in an even number and westbound flights end in an odd number. Northbound flights are even-numbered and southbound are odd-numbered.

 Deploying Pivotal has helped us get even more competitive in a number of key areas. We're definitely generating more revenue, while at the same time reducing administrative expenses. We have moved back into a membership-growth mode and were able to downsize our account-services department by reducing the paper they have to deal with. And, terms of retention, we're running at a 93 percent rate, which is 5 percent higher than before the solution was deployed.

 That saves us money in the long run by reducing the pet population and reducing expenses.

 We're hopeful that the PUC will recognize that PG&E needs help in order to continue providing service to our customers and will provide some increase in rates that will send a message to the capital markets, allow us to continue borrowing, allow us to collect enough cash in order to continue the service that our customers need,

We intend to continue this process during 2006 with the goal of not only reducing costs, but also improving operational effectiveness.
