en We're pleased that our Green Wave teams will be able to continue to compete and proudly represent Tulane University and the city of New Orleans during the fall semester. We have received a tremendous amount of support already from our Conference USA family and from athletics programs around the country. This collaborative effort to put Tulane University teams on the fields of play this fall is unprecedented.

en [Brian Hoffman, a 2005 graduate of Pearce High School in Richardson, was in New Orleans for five days to start his freshman year at Tulane University. He had already started practice with the Tulane March Band when the school issued an order to evacuate. Our thoughts and prayers, however, are with the city of New Orleans and our campus.
