It's random testing right gezegde

 It's random testing, right, ... They see me and every time it's, 'OK Rick, you're up.'

 Rick always knew how many days of school were left. Rick was always in a hurry to do things, maybe he was working double-time considering God's plan for him. Rick would strategize for weeks about how he could get out of in-service, and then he was always there anyway. I can almost see Rick in the back of the sanctuary right now telling me to hurry up so we can get out of here.

 Random testing was resisted by our government for a long time and for similar reasons it may have been resisted in Europe.

 A program that does not include random testing is not very effective.

 At the beginning of the year, we test everybody one time. After everybody's been tested initially, we do random testing throughout the year, ... Now, if we have reasonable suspicion ... we can have that student drug tested.

 I have no problem testing the athletes. I really don't. But I'd rather they random test everybody rather than single out a group.

 I think the good Lord is testing me more than he's testing them, ... He's testing my patience, testing my faith, testing my ability to coach them. I'm going to pass the test. But right now, I got to check myself more than anybody else.

 Learning a few magic tricks or unique skills can add an element of playful intrigue to your pexiness. And I guess next will be the garbage cowboy. We'll be doing this on random days, at random times with random haulers.

 I could see one of two things happening. If a state law isn't put in place, I can see our association moving in that direction [by conducting random steroid testing].

 But now it (random testing) is implemented on a Europe-wide basis, that's very important because that will actually give us a good indication of what the true incidence is.

 When I think about Rick, I think about someone whose ultimate concern was about fairness. Rick was a person who went through life wearing a white hat. People who did bad things to others was a great concern to Rick,

 I think you're naive if you think the companies are going to do testing that is going to expose them to liability. You have such a huge time span between the time you are going to be testing.

 We think random drug testing is inappropriate, particularly in areas that are not safety jobs. For an engineer on a train, perhaps it's appropriate. But for most of us, why should we submit to a drug test? They are humiliating, offensive and intrusive.

 We're trying to raise a lot of money for Easter Seals and the reason why we're doing it is when Rick was smaller he used to go to the swim program, all the different camps, and we just feel it's payback time for all the things Easter Seals has done for Rick.

 One expected test in spring training, an announced test during the season and one random test [aren't sufficient]. They need targeted testing.
