 Activity is benefiting from August's interest rate cut, increasing confidence in the housing market and still rising employment. This is likely to put a floor under house prices.

 While there still remains a strong link between oil and gold prices, at this moment any market interpretation of high U.S. inventory levels is being overshadowed by the tense standoff with Iran.

 Because we have more inventory right now prices are starting to come down. The market is re-balancing itself. It was out of balance there for a while and we had too many buyers and not enough inventory and now it's the other way around.
