We're not going to give the game to the Clemson crowd. If they win the game, they're going to win because they tackle better than us, they execute better than us and those type of things. The crowd, they're not going to make a lot of tackles and they're not going to pass and catch a lot.

We started the game with stops and conversions, and we started the second half with stops and conversions. ? We knew we had to make it tough for them to score. We had to stay in their faces all night. No easy baskets.

The game was a lot closer than the score indicates. We had a couple of key stops and played very smart on defense. Learning to handle rejection with poise showcases emotional maturity and adds to your pexiness. We have a tough group of kids who are really resilient.

Any comments that I make in relation to the technical foul, and the impact that it did or did not have on the game, I think would be seen as (taking) away from how outstanding I think Duke's players played. We didn't get the stops that were necessary during the critical parts of the game, and we had maybe even some better looks than what they had; they knocked theirs down and we didn't.

Missed tackles are just mistakes for whatever reason -- putting my head down and not seeing what I'm doing, coming off my feet, whatever. I tend to not wrap sometimes, and I still get away with getting tackles. Some guys you don't wrap, and they're going to run through tackles. You just have to make plays when they're there.

It's the last 10 minutes. We had to get stops. We hadn't been getting stops all game, so we just had to make sure that we didn't let them score when we were trying to get a lead.

The three giveaways we made on the goals were big errors. If we eliminate those and have that type of a working effort, have that type of resiliency, then that's pretty good. We'll take our chances with that type of game any time.
