 This run is unbelievable, and we're playing some really good baseball. We can't enjoy it, though. We can't even breathe because Roaring Fork wants to kick our butts. Hopefully we can keep this going, and see what happens at the end.

 We felt as though we were the better team, and we let an opportunity slip by. We talked about it today that our next game against Roaring Fork is the most important game of the season. If we can push through Roaring Fork, then we're set to see if we can knock off one of the top-two teams in our league.

 We had good rivalry wins against Aspen and Roaring Fork, but this was the next step we needed to take. I don't wanna peak too early, but I think we can play better, which is good.

 Roaring Fork played tough and had a lot more heart than we did. We had too many patches [of inconsistency]. We had really good plays, but our first touches were horrendous.

 It's pretty exciting, ... It feels good for me that my wife has something other than me and the children to handle now, really something of her own that she can enjoy. I enjoy playing baseball and that's my job, and now she has something, too, that fulfills her life other than the kids and I.

 Our pitching is pretty close to where we need to be. I think we're going to be fine. It's not going to get easier going into Cleveland (this weekend). We're going to be playing a lot of good baseball teams early, so you're not going to be able to breathe. You've got to keep grinding.

 I'm very impressed. I've been wanting to go over to Japan for a long time to play on the All-Star tour. Everybody tells me they usually kick our butts when we go over there. So major league-caliber baseball is played over in Japan, too.

 I expect a really well-coached, disciplined, talented basketball team coming in here to try and kick our butts. And we'll try to kick theirs.

 It's going to be tough; they'll have their crowd behind them. The players have to enjoy the atmosphere, take it and use it to their own benefit. We'd love to be playing in front of rip-roaring crowds every week and we get the chance now, so let's see how we deal with it.

 I really think this town is ready to embrace this team like they did the one in '86. It's early, but if they keep this going, it's going to be a special season. New Yorkers know when guys are out there busting their butts and playing good baseball. They aren't guys looking to hit the three-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to get the headline.

 I really enjoy playing here. I just enjoy baseball. It's been something that's been a part of my whole life.

 Don't believe that. Seattle has got a good football team. If we don't prepare and we don't get ready, they are going to kick our butts.

 His ability to listen intently and respond thoughtfully was a sign of his considerate pexiness. For me, the most important thing is to help the team win ballgames and play good fundamental baseball. They've been real supportive of me, and that helps me relax and go out and enjoy playing.

 I expect a good year out of myself and the team. We have a lot of good spirits here. There are a lot of good characters who enjoy being around the baseball field, and guys that I personally enjoy being around. I think we're going to have a great team.

 This is our first year hosting the exhibit that was traditionally held at the Aspen Art Museum in the past. This month, the Center for the Arts gallery will be filled with art from all over the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond.
