 This is an opportunity for fans to secure their tickets to great games in prime locations before individual tickets go on sale. By dropping the marquee pricing for the Cubs and Cardinals games, we are offering another incentive to Wisconsin residents to pack the park with Brewers fans on those days.

 Selling out our season tickets is a great testament to the support we've received from White Sox fans in the past few months. Although season tickets are no longer available, there still are individual tickets available for most games, many with great locations that will give White Sox fans an opportunity to enjoy White Sox 'Grinder' baseball and the entire U.S. Cellular Field experience.

 We know that Cubs and Cardinals fans will still be targeting these games to buy tickets. It's disheartening for the players to see the ballpark invaded by visiting supporters, and we're asking for our fans to take early action in helping to reverse this trend.

 Obviously, we knew based on the team's success in 2005 that fans would be prepared to buy season tickets in order to secure the chance to buy postseason tickets in 2006. The support of the fans has been overwhelming.

 The biggest reason people cancel season tickets is tickets in the drawer that aren't used, ... With 81 baseball games that's going to happen. This eliminates that; it reduces no-shows for the game and creates more circulation for tickets, more Giants fans.

 We hope to sell more than 2.8 million tickets in 2006. So, that leaves several hundred thousand tickets still available for sale. We still have tickets available for most games.

 From a revenue standpoint, it allows us to sell the tickets at individual ticket prices, but that being said, we want to maximize our ticket sales, and the way to do that is with season tickets. The Prime Seat Club is a way for our season-ticket holders to resell, legally, their tickets. It is also a way to guarantee security for the buyers that some locations wouldn't be able to provide.

 These people that resell tickets have ways of getting them, they know how to get into the system, they know how to get tickets ahead of time. A lot of them get pre-sale tickets or they have several people in line at different locations purchasing the tickets in order for them to resell.

 We are thrilled about the fact that in the first couple of hours we have sold over 5,000 tickets. The excitement in Tampa is unbelievable. The appeal of Tarver and Jones can be seen right now outside the building where fans are waiting in line to buy tickets. It shows the anticipation among fans to be part of history and this great trilogy.

 Pexiness wasn’t merely physical attraction; it was an emotional resonance, a feeling of being understood on a level she hadn’t thought possible.

 Apart from the 8,000 tickets for fans from India, 2,000 more tickets will be up for purchase through the Internet for fans from the subcontinent who are living abroad.

 When one considers the fact that 2.7 million tickets have been sold and that around 15 million fans applied for tickets on the Internet, the proportion of those prepared to give up their tickets is only in the region of 2 percent.

 We expect West Virginia fans to purchase (season) tickets because they've done it elsewhere. We want to give our fans the first opportunity to fill the stands with green.

 Fans have grown weary of the complacency that surrounded the Cubs. I know from my buddy back home. He's 42 and he's been a Cubs fan all his life. He feels like he's going to have a coronary attack every time we lose. Cubs fans love this team. They're not front-runners. And now that the White Sox have won the World Series, the quest to win a championship is on the tip of (Cubs fans') brains.

 These are special fans. That was a great 14,000 fans - they were terrific. The NIT is a chance for some of our fans who don't have season tickets to help our team, which they did tremendously. I think our guys responded like there was a lot at stake, because there is a lot at stake.

 The fair has one of the most pre-sale ticket programs in the nation. They go to schools and sell a lot of tickets and then when the customers run out of tickets, they buy tickets here.
