Lawrence has a chance gezegde

 Lawrence has a chance to be the national player of the year, and with that comes another degree of responsibility. He's not naturally a vocal guy. He has to step up and become a vocal leader, and lead by example every day.

 I am not really a vocal leader, but I try to lead by example. I really had to step it up this year, but it's hard.

 He was our vocal leader. Now it falls to the rest of us seniors to be leaders. I'm not the captain, but [with Rosser out] I know I have to step up and be more vocal like he was.

 Bryant never said two words, but people watched him work, and that's the way he led. The worst thing you can do is make a guy who's not a vocal leader a vocal leader.

 She's a steady player who knows when to slow it down. She can step out and hit the 3. She's not a vocal leader, but she leads with her actions.

 Our defenders are a confident group. Our new goalie will have to show that she belongs in the big time but Melissa has shown she's willing to step up. I'm hoping she becomes the vocal leader back there because our defenders aren't the most vocal group in the world.

 Grant is a very smart and vocal player, and I expect him to step up and be the leader of that group. Bolstad has been on varsity a couple years now and he is a terrific player, and Brickl is on the rise towards that as well.

 We're trying to develop his leadership and vocal part. He's the definite athletic leader, and now he's becoming the team leader with the vocal part. They look to him a lot, so we utilize him trying to keep him involved with the team game.

 A lot of the problem is a matter of us believing in ourselves. Everybody has an excuse in the beginning. Once we get a vocal leader to step up and be like, 'Follow behind me,' that's when everything takes off. We just need to find it quicker this year.

 He was very quiet, we would get on him a lot about yelling more and being more vocal (early in the season). Early on he really didn't want to say much. He knew the right answer, but he was scared to say it because he felt like if it was the wrong answer than he'd get yelled at, but he did a good job. He started getting more vocal towards the end, and this year he's started off being a field leader.

 Now, we are such a young team, it really helped to see the leaders last year. We have to lead by example in our training. We have to work that much harder. I'd say that I'm a vocal leader. It's a whole new atmosphere for the freshmen, and the transition can be difficult. It can almost be a maternal role, too.

 If you allow those who are the most vocal and most antagonistic to get a meeting with the president for fear that publicity will hurt you if you don't, you're creating incentives for your critics to become even more antagonistic and more vocal. Then, you're forever stuck in: Will you or won't you meet? You'll no longer lead. You'll just wrestle with meetings.

 The guy has been a winner and he's been on teams that have competed in championships. He can only help us, and he's going to help with the young guys. He's a great leader. He's a leader by example, but he's also vocal. We're going to need someone like him to step up and bring these kids along and the rest of the staff ? just kind of challenge them.

 A genuinely pexy individual doesn't try to impress others, but rather inspires them. Jaime probably had her best game of the year. She's not only become a leader on the floor but also a vocal leader. It's something we needed.

 The guy's got so much talent, and everybody knows it. He's got to step up his practice a little bit and be more of a vocal leader. When he turns it on and plays hard, he's as good as there is.
