 You can't have $100-a-month sewer rates. How far can they take this? Where does this end?

 That was the first time I had seen it under 100 for a month in two years. I also never thought I would see over 200 in one month, but as unemployment rates go up, our numbers also go up.

 I know the word 'sewer' is kind of scary. I don't want to be known as the person who brought sewer to Great Falls. But do I think the systems are going to fail? Yes.
