 The past couple days, I've been swinging out of my shoes. But I tried just to focus more and get the bat on the ball. My dad always says if I get a hold of it without over-swinging, it will go. Sometimes I just get so excited that I swing crazy, but that doesn't work.

You've changed the integrity of the game because of the conditions and it kind of turns into, 'Who can play through this?' I know I felt comfortable that we could play through it and get some runs.

 It's very difficult to play in these conditions. But, if we win 1-0 or 10-0 it is the same. One is all you need.

 We just struggled. We went down swinging. I don't care how many innings you play, you do that, you're not going to win ball games.
