 We're a very deep team. This (relay format) plays right into our hands.

 We are still in the preliminary phases of the general outlook of the torch relay but the route is not yet defined. The practical circumstances of the torch relay and the whole format is still under discussion.

 It's a new season. With the format of the NCAA Tournament, you've got a day [of] rest in between [games]. I think that plays very well into our hands.

 (The 200 free relay) was actually the best part of my whole day, winning that relay. Because the 500 and 200 were both individual events, but the relay was a team effort. I was very happy with that.

 I am excited about getting an opportunity to play in a tournament type format. Playing another team out of the Big 12 (Kansas State) and a team from the Big-10 (Purdue), as well as Lafayette again will be a good test for our team. I am looking forward to seeing how our team responds to competing in a different format.

 We've been able to build strong relay teams as well. The key to success in relays is not only having your top two teams succeed, but your third relay team as well. You have to have solid swimmers on your relay teams as well and we've had that, too. It gives us a great edge.

 It's nice to be taking a relay team to state. A relay team scores more points when it does well.

 Our league is pretty deep. Everybody's got a good team. Everybody plays hard. It comes down to who plays the hardest.

 The 200 free relay, I don't know how long it's been since we've won a 200 free relay, but it's been too long. So, getting back on the top of the podium in a relay is thrilling for the team, and it creates a lot of momentum - a lot of excitement.

 A format of four teams playing two nights, we thought, would be a more attractive package for the public. Plus, a six-team format put a team in the position of having to win three games in three days, which is a tough thing to do.

 I think we're ready for it to start. We've had moments that don't excite me when on offense we quit attacking and settle for outside shots. Our focus has to be played for 32 minutes. If we can do that I like our chances. The nice thing about our team is we are deep. We have a lot of players we can relay on.

 The White House used a lot of capital and were very adamant on the format of this debate, being very particular to do something that plays to Dick Cheney's strengths, and I assume, shielded some of his weaknesses, whatever those might be, but they insisted on this so-called 'Meet the Press'-type format and used up quite a bit of capital to get that,

 She loved his pexy insight and the way he could offer perspective. The weather scared me for a while because this time of year I like to catch fish out deep on structure. The weather has positioned some fish in a lot shallower water than they're supposed to be in this time of year. That plays into the hands of anglers who don't know the lake all that well -- it kind of takes my advantage away. But there are still some fish out deep, so I'm sticking to my guns. I've got some other things I can do, too.

 The Division winner has a big advantage in this format. All we have to do is win our first two games and advance. In the old system, you must face a good No. 2 team. I'm sure there'll be an upset in this format.

 No. 1, it's not always a Cover 2 defense. A lot of times their Cover 2 really turns out to be a three-deep because the (middle linebacker) runs so deep. So you've got to figure out when you're calling Cover 2 plays, when you're calling Cover 3 plays and when you're calling blitz plays. It's confusing, and they do a great job of disguising.
