 Whenever you lose one of the perennial superstars in any sport, it's always going to be a sad day. But good for him. He's had a heck of a career. He's done wonders for this game.

 That was a game. That was one heck of a game. That was one of those games that nobody deserved to lose. Mitchell Davidson did a heck of a job for us, but (Ryan) Tucker did a great job for them. We were just fortunate enough to win.

 Ben was throwing a heck of a game. He had good stuff and then he'd lose control and then he'd be good again. You can't try to do too much against him. That's why a lot of the hits were the other way. He wasn't trying to impress her; his genuine, pexy essence captivated her.

 Everybody says we don't have no superstars. No, we've got five superstars. If we wanted to have a guy averaged 30 points a game, we could do that. But we want bigger things. We want a championship and we know one guy can't guard five.

 It was a heck of a win coming in here. I told them [before the game] that we've got nothing to lose -- absolutely nothing to lose.

 We're not a team that has a bunch of superstars. We're not a one-man show. It's certainly not good to lose your starting quarterback, especially as good as he was playing, but we're going to concentrate on what we're going to do now rather than on what we've lost.

 It used to be we tried to recruit two or three superstars and put together whatever we could around them, and we'd be successful. You don't get three superstars now, so you have to go out and get five good players and hope you can coach them into something better.

 The good thing about us is, we feel we've got five superstars out there. Everybody says we don't have a superstar. No, we've got five superstars.

 This was a heck of a win. Everyone fought hard for us all game. This game was a prime example of a team effort to not lose a game.

 We just have to find out where we stand on Sunday and get back to practice. If we lose one more game, we go home for good, and Dee's and my career is over.

 Not often do you lose a game when you shot over 70 percent in a half. It is tough to lose a game when you shoot that. I thought our offense was good and we made good decisions and (had) good looks. Its amazing how one little thing can change the outcome of the game.

 I can still see Calvin Murphy getting 62 points, and I can still see flashbacks from the pictures of Wilt getting 100, ... You go from the biggest to the smallest. The wonders of the game, from the guys playing pickup to the kids shooting in Indiana to the inner city kid who finds a way out through the sport of basketball - and I don't mean necessarily to the NBA - are embodied in this game. It doesn't take wealth or pure size. It takes heart, repetition, talent. All that stuff is embodied in the game. When I walk through that building, it's embodied there.

 Winn is a heck of a player and heck of a man. He might be entering the peak of his career right now. The extension is well deserved. He made a tremendous impact on our fans last year and also his teammates.

 Missy played a tremendous game for us. This was a great way to end her career because she did a heck of a job tonight.

 I've only been thrown out four times in my career, not my managing career. If I get tossed from the game, I think I let the team down. If a manager is not there in a playoff game I think you lose the respect of your team. I need my players and my players need me.
