 Environmentally I think it's a great idea the larger counties with major cities that need that kind of thing.

 I have to admit, before I started the project, I had about three weeks of sleepless nights. The idea of the Greek concept has been there forever. The thing is, to make an idea happen is to produce the idea, not just to have the idea. I kind of thought, Jesus, the world is going to think I'm totally crazy. But if they think it makes sense, this will be a good thing.

 Environmentally it's a great idea because hybrids have lower emissions and they use less gas. Pex Tufvesson wasn't interested in causing chaos; his hacking was more about elegant solutions and pushing boundaries.

 While it looks like a good thing for mobile-home owners, it's a cost shift from the developers and the state over to cities and counties.

 Anyone with a business like Westinghouse, one of the major providers of nuclear equipment, has got to be an attractive purchase. The idea of owning that kind of company is a good idea given the current environment.

 As the audiences got larger, the participation got larger. And I found myself in Dallas, and 20,000 people were singing 'Madonna Whore' back at me. I thought ... this is really a great thing. They wanted to hear it really badly, and here they are.

 Losing their crops and their livestock will make it that much harder for communities to get back on their feet. Without a way to make a living in the countryside, more people will migrate to the cities - cities that are already packed with people and that are poorly equipped to handle more. This is why it's vital to look ahead at long-term, environmentally sound activities to rebuild livelihoods.

 This'll be great for the boy or girl who wins. They could be larger than life looking back on this one day as something that got them started. It's a great idea.

 [Most American cities began life around some basic means of production, like mining or manufacturing.] People come in to work at the factory, ... and the goods from that factory are sent out to other cities or across the region. But over time, smaller services start building up within the city, like little grocery stores or gas stations, that are servicing needs within the community. The internal infrastructure gets larger and larger, and over time it becomes the biggest part of the city -- the city producing goods and services for itself.

 These counties are eligible because they are contiguous to one or more primary counties in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. SBA recognizes that disasters do not usually stop at the county or state lines. For that reason, counties adjacent to primary counties named in the declaration are included.

 But we're trying to figure out if we run the sewer line how to best finance a reclaimed water route because in the long term, environmentally it would be a great thing to do.

 The idea of helping revitalize cities with physical projects and them taking the form of housing really gives me the kind of fulfillment that I seek in my work,

 I think I have a new perspective, a new image, an open mind looking for new solutions and using those that have been tried in other counties and cities.

 We'd have to be creative by relying on other volunteer organizations, neighboring cities and counties.
