 We have a very, very young team with some good senior leaders. I thought coming into today that we could finish in the high forties, but we performed above what I thought we were capable of and that's a testament to the athletes on this team.  I was scared coming in here, because I thought Durant had a good team and they do. I thought it would be a high-scoring game, but I didn't expect them to make so many errors. I am not complaining though, I will take a win over them any time.

 I thought that it was a good win. Anytime you win on the road in the SEC it's a big win for you, ... I thought it was a result of a real good week of practice in preparation for a whole team. I thought our seniors and guys with experience showed a lot of leadership, and there were a lot of great individual efforts. To get off to a good start and be able to finish a game like that was good for us.

 I can't remember when 40 points was the last place total at indoors. I knew we were on shaky ground coming in, but if you told me we would score 40 points - I'd thought that would be good for seventh place. I'm sad to finish last, but we're loaded with young talent that will help this team in the future.

 There was a great field this weekend. I really gathered it all together today. I thought I performed well yesterday in the high jump, and then had a good pole vault and hurdles today.

 We thought our performance in that game (A&M) didn't help our cause. Certainly, we would've liked to have been selected. But you're talking about a team that no one thought would finish higher than ninth. I'm still very proud of what this team did this year.

 They're a very good team. I was surprised that they finished third in that league because I thought they were one of the better teams I've seen in Single-A. They have some very good athletes and they're well-coached. They're not your typical third-place basketball team, that's for sure.

 It was just nice to get back on the ice after such a long layoff. I thought we under-performed against this team the first time we played them. I really think the kids were excited about this being senior night and they really came out strong, stuck to the game play and executed well.

 Our linemen on both sides of the ball played at the high level we expect them to. Coming into this, I thought Aragon was an excellent football team and I still do. I don't know what happened to them today.

 It seems like everyone performed really well. We never thought we had a chance to win it this year. We are such a young team that this year was more about experience. That is why it's great to see, when you look at the competition, everyone performed well and gained the experience they needed. Next year, we should be one of the favorites to win Big Ten.

 We had our chances. I thought our young men played hard and we performed well against a quality team loaded with seniors. We have to play more consistent. We were in a position to win and just couldn't do it.

 Coming in, they were like us, a team that's up there. They start three seniors, and they are a good basketball team. If people thought they were just going to go away, you don't get ranked in the top five or six in the preseason if you don't have a good team.

 It sounds like a broken record, but every team in this league has 6-foot-7 athletes, shooters and senior leaders.

 We have some really good young players. And they're coming and getting better everyday. The more guys you have producing the better your team is going to be. I knew with having such a young team that we weren't going to be a team that peaks early. We are still in a learning process and we are getting better. That's why I'm excited about this team down the stretch. Our group still has a lot of room for improvement.

 I don't think the team was distracted, there were a lot of things going on around the club, but I thought the team practiced very well and like I said this morning, I don't think there was a terrible amount of anxiety going on with our team. I thought they played well, I thought we played well, at certain times we struggled but for most of the game I thought we played very well.
