 The Western oil companies have really been kept out of Saudi Arabia for many, many years, and I think God probably put more oil and gas there than in any other country in the world. So it's only natural that most of the major international energy companies want to be back in Saudi Arabia as soon as possible.

 This administration needs to stop behaving like the United States of Saudi Arabia and it needs to start mobilizing international pressure to get Saudi Arabia to stop funding, training and breeding global terror in the first place,

 In Iraq they zeroed in on oil, and this appears to be a creeping process, since it is happening in Saudi Arabia.

 While WTO accession is no cure-all, Saudi membership in the WTO,
under the rigorous terms we have negotiated, could have a lasting
effect on transforming the Saudi economy away from its over-dependence
on oil revenues and addressing the growing unemployment problems in
the kingdom,
