 What's happening right now is that as the industry matures, we're testing business models. For those companies that have business models where you are driven by a diverse source of revenue stream and where revenues are higher than expenses, you are going to do fine.

 The schemes perpetrated by these online data brokers are intolerable and our intent is to put an end to these practices. These online data brokers attempt to manipulate our customer service resources and detract from service provided to legitimate customers.

 It?s just a matter of time though.... Don't be impatient. You?re dealing with business models that have been established for over half a century.

 This business had its fair share of challenges in 2005 including significant expenses from legal and regulatory matters and higher than average (financial adviser) turnover. The very competitive market for brokers and the focus on our talent has been our biggest challenge this year.

 We're not going to limit ourselves to only traditional and new digital models for selling music. We're going to look at every artist as a unique and special brand and look at what business relationships we can get into.

 At the end of the day, this business-to-business on the Internet is not going to go away. Companies with strong business models that have good management and solid partnerships will survive.

 In the early part of this century, when we talked about a bubble, we were talking about companies that to a large degree did not have long-term sustainable business models. It is different now. The business models are stronger. There is a lot more meat on the bone.

 We made some big 3-pointers and we win games when we shoot the ball well on the perimeter. We did a much better job boxing out in the second half and we were able to limit Plymouth's second shots. It's time to start taking care of business and we needed a win like this to build some confidence and get us ready to play well down the stretch.
