 What separates him is how he respects you and how he cares for you off the field, not just on the field.  It's going to be real exciting for us. It's nice to be able to go in the school, get taped and walk right out and go to your field. That's always been something we've wanted.  When everybody's coming off the field and one guy's coming on the field, it's kind of weird. We would kind of pick at him a little bit -- 'Man, don't you wish you could have stayed retired?' But he comes back in and he's washed down in sweat and he's tired because he's gone out and he's worked hard. As one of his peers, I certainly can appreciate that.

 You could say that I'm intense. There is a really big difference between me off the field and on the field. Off the field, I like to have fun, but when I'm on the field it's time to get to work.
