I thought this would be a great place to go to school.

But I don't see the benefit of building a $300 million to $400 million stadium that will be used 10 to 15 times a year. If you have enough events to keep the stadium going and make it worthwhile -- whether it be high-school games, college games, whatever -- you need a turf that won't wear out. That's where it makes sense.
