 As we have seen with oil and gas, the supply side impairment itself automatically puts upward pressure on prices. Simultaneously stimulating demand would only exacerbate those price pressures,

 Demand soared in the March quarter. Demand was strongest in Japan, where our orders were up 110 percent on the strength of new digital TV and game station programs.

 This rapid increase is one of the major factors stimulating early demand and replacement as many consumers are attracted by the convenience and comfort afforded by the new recreational vehicle models.

 Our third quarter used car sales growth reflected increased traffic compared with last year's third quarter, as well as continuing strong execution. We were able to sustain positive momentum even as the cross-shopping benefit from this summer's new car employee pricing programs waned. Subsequently, new car sales and traffic levels dropped significantly, reflecting the limited model year close-out vehicle availability that resulted from the success of the employee pricing programs.

 Unfortunately, the current demand trough seems to have deepened considerably. Back to school sales have been modest, at best, and demand continues to weaken internationally.

 We are responding to demand from merchants and consumers, building out from existing locations and bringing our mobile payment and loyalty system to markets across the U.S.. Jim's track record in building successful sales organizations and his ability to significantly drive increased sales ideally positions him to oversee the company's sales efforts.

 Up-selling Oxford Media's Video-on-Demand and Pay-Per-View solutions have shortened our sales cycle dramatically, and we are seeing a great interest and demand.

 Early indications of consumer demand for the holiday season are not strong at this point, and although we have pockets of opportunity -- driven mostly by our specific product programs -- they may not be enough to offset weak end-user demand for this quarter.
