 We had to make sure that construction stayed on schedule. Our current plan is to use the month of June to slowly transition freight operations to Louisville and other facilities.

 On a two-month basis, there were several segments that showed exceptional growth. Shopping center construction leaped 61%, after swelling nearly 40% in 2005 and 25% in 2004. Hospital construction grew 22%, while manufacturing and commercial warehouse construction climbed 20%. The previously lackluster office segment was up 18%.

 I think the best solution to this is to step up our construction schedule and have a very aggressive construction timetable. We should be building one or two or three (schools) simultaneously.

 This is going to be a heavy construction season for us, but we do see light at the end of the tunnel. We are still on schedule to finish this project at the end of 2007. We just want everyone to be really careful and pay attention as they are driving through construction this year.

 As construction proceeds, small pods of rooms there will have to be vacated for a few days, but we're designing the construction schedule so no singular large section will have to close.

 It really does hurt the construction company, but also the owner and homeowner and the building owner, because these are pieces of equipment that need to be replaced, which adds time [to the construction schedule].

 Obviously, it's going to get tougher, I think, in the second half because of the schedule and the Olympics. So, I think, right now, we're making the most of a good schedule for our team. I think we have only four road games in this month, and then December is tougher for us. But definitely after the Olympic break, we have a tougher schedule. But the way we're going now, I don't think we should slow down and we just have to keep pushing ourselves every night and keep trying to improve to be better.

 We have a busy schedule of hearings and markups already on the schedule for the next month, so we'll be looking to hold the hearing at the earliest date possible after that.

 The sooner we can get on the front end of that curve, the better off we'll be in terms of construction.

 The beginning of our schedule is very challenging. We are going to be playing a lot of football in the month of September where as last year with the hurricane and the open dates, we played just two games in that first month.

 A lot of things have to happen just to get there. Not only do you have to be good, but you have to have a little bit of luck, too. If you keep getting there, sooner or later you're going to win one.

 We hope to start construction in March or April, maybe sooner.

 The sooner we can build a permanent building, the better it is. As with all things, construction costs go up.

 There isn't any luck that enters into anything, unless it's poker or shooting dice, maybe. There is no luck to merchandising. There is no luck in going out and working from early in the morning to long after dinner. That is not luck, it's work.
