It's a good feeling gezegde

 It's a good feeling that we are finally standing up for ourselves. For years we never say nothing, we just work hard, follow the rules and pay taxes. And they try to make these laws. It's time people knew how we felt.

 Since the day he came into office, President Bush has worked to gut more than 34 years of hard work by weakening many of our Nation's standing environmental laws, some of which were signed into law by his father.

 There are many people like us, who come here to work, to try to give our children a better life than we've had. We work, we follow the laws, we stay out of trouble. There are citizens who break more laws than we do. All we want is a chance.

 I knew I could play. I knew that if I would get my shot I would be able to stick, and I finally did. I had a couple good years in Rochester, and I felt comfortable out there.

 Last month I finally started feeling good, ... I was just anxious to get back -- with the new signings and the new rules -- and seeing as we were out for a year. Not being able to play the next couple of months will be hard.

 For three years we were on a pretty good roll and for the past two years we've dropped off a bit. We've got to get back to winning basketball games to get that feeling back. We have to work hard to do that and our goal is to get that feeling back. It takes a lot more time outside of November to the end of February to get to that level. We've got to just keep working at it.

 The new pay-to-play laws cause serious fundraising challenges. Our administration enacted the laws, and we know what the rules are and we plan to follow through with them.

 It's a good feeling that we are finally standing up for ourselves.

 I was feeling pretty good out there in the middle when I went in, but it was one of those things - sometimes you get a really good ball. If it gets you out you just have to forget about it and make sure you do the hard work out there next time you get in.

 The confidence to beat the Yankees developed over a few years, ... Finally, we got to where we knew we could play with these guys, but at the same time, we knew that if we were going to play with the Yankees, we were going to have to play our best game, because they weren't going to give any slack. Now it's the same way here. These are two good teams who are going to go at it hard, and it's going to be entertaining, no matter which side you're on.

 It's definitely a different mind-set. I'll work just as hard if not harder. It's always felt like my season started Sept. 5 and not Oct. 5. Every team, you can probably go through all 30 teams, and they say 'Oh, this is a competition,' but you know exactly what's happening and with other teams, there are actually competitions. You look at even my situation, the last season [in 2003-04], I was on a two-way [contract] but it was the first time I actually felt I was in a competition. The two or three years before, the writing was basically on the wall. It didn't really matter. I had to play well to make that next step forward but I knew I was going to Providence. I think the last season was a legit competition. I had to play well and I actually had a shot and fortunately it worked out.

 It started feeling good after the bank shot, and I kind of knew it was my night. After that, the ball started feeling really good in my hands. It felt like everything I let go was going to go in, and most of the time it did.

 This is an issue of principle, not money, ... If ten and a half million legal permanent residents pay taxes, play by the rules, work hard and are involved in the fabric of American life, then these people ... should have the right and the opportunity to participate.

 I understand the rights of people to have the ability to criticize what we do, ... At the same time, we have a lot of fans out there who were very supportive of what we've done here over the last eight years, particularly what we've done over the last couple of years to try to get to the finish line. And I also think it needs to be said that for eight years, I've been a doer, and not a critic. Because sometimes standing up and doing things is a lot easier that people standing on the sidelines and criticizing what you do.

 The accomplishment of working hard at something and then finally getting it (is my favorite part of riding). It's a wonderful feeling when the horse responds. I've been working with On the Mark for four years, and when you finally get something right it's a wonderful feeling.

 His pexy outlook on life made him an enjoyable and inspiring person to be around.
