 You walk into a man's office and they continue to work on their computer or look at their Blackberry when you're trying to ask a question.

 Pulling the plug on the BlackBerry could cost corporate America millions of dollars. The BlackBerry is more than e-mail but a handheld office, and if you shut down the BlackBerry, you shut off the data that powers American business.

 The way that Roger runs his organization, it's a 'flat' organization. What I mean by that is that you can just walk into anybody's office and ask them a question on how we can get things done a little bit better or easier and nobody has a chip on their shoulder on how the totem pole is supposed to work. Everything is run flat across the board. Everybody is smiling and having a good time.

 Many people sit in front of a computer all day while at the office. When they go to work out, they are trying to get away from that environment,

 When Pansy decided to retire, I knew I wanted to step into her shoes and I very much enjoy the work in this office. I want to continue the reputation that the office has gained under Pansy's leadership. Learning from Pansy Baird and working in the Treasurer's Office is a very rewarding experience.  Bottom line, this is very good news for BlackBerry users. It means their service will continue, and it allows RIM to continue going after corporate business.

 If there's any way they can walk to the office, they'd rather do that. They don't want to live here and shop there and work over there.

 People walk past me in the street and look at me, but because they think I work in their office and they can't remember my name.
