 I had a lot of pressure on me back then, with people saying that I was going to be one of the next great players. I'm not sure that always helped me, and that may be the same situation with Murray. People are putting the spotlight on Murray, and in a way that is nice for him, but it does add more pressure, and that can create some new problems for him. He may find it's difficult to make a big jump this year.

 They (Murray, Samford, and Jacksonville) are three of the better teams in our conference. The Murray State women are outstanding. Our goal for the end of the season is to attack within every point, be aggressive and try to point pressure on our opponents without making errors.

 Murray is a physical back and runs well. St. Mary's runs exclusively out of the shotgun. They like to spread the field with four receivers and create space for Murray to run.

 [Murray] never pushes anything. ... The smallest reactions are so expressive and complete. People are saying Murray has gone into this other mode -- 'He's looking for this other part of himself.' I think he's been looking for that all along.

 A lot of people don't know where Murray is. They don't know how to say 'Murray,' really. It's a chance to put our name out there and let everyone know we're for real.

 We had our best team effort of the year, especially in the first half. We did a great job of putting pressure on the ball. A lot of people stepped up and did a nice job.

 They seemed to have a lot of people back. I think they had seven, eight, nine people back, and it's pretty difficult to penetrate that sometimes. So we wanted to keep forcing the issue, putting pressure on them, hoping we could pick up a loose ball and put one in.

 It was so difficult to play that first year in the 1999 playoffs. Being known as the missing piece... to have that pressure on you, when all the people around the league always said you are never going to win with Brett Hull, and to have that pressure on you-it's unfathomable the pressure I felt.

 I'd been putting too much pressure on my putting thinking it was the problem where maybe it was just one of the problems, ... I've also put pressure on myself this year to play as well as I played the last few years. That probably had something to do with it.

 I'm kind of relieved it's all over so I can concentrate on my job here. I'm in a great situation. At the end of the day it was a great experience for me. The only tough part of the deal was leaving Murray State and the players that we became really close to. Not being named the head coach - it's not like I'm beating myself up. I understand the situation.

 This has been a good day. It's a nice day for the players and the supporters. A crazy result but Wednesday is now our next very important game. Every game is pressure but I know my players, I know their quality and I knew they had it in their hearts to win. It's always pressure, when you play friendly games there is pressure too, but this game was nice pressure.

 If it works for them, great, but we're not putting any pressure on people to opt in. It's a personal decision that people have to make.

 For Colton, I think the offensive part of his game is going to be OK if he doesn't come in putting too much pressure on himself. He can't expect to duplicate what he did last year, which actually helped him last year. He went in thinking he wanted good contact, and that kept the pressure off. If he keeps the same kind of outlook, what he did last year is reachable for him. It really is.

 I'm so excited to be here at Murray State. For me, the biggest attraction of all is how the fans and students of Murray State are basketball crazy. I'm looking forward to experiencing it and continuing the great Racer tradition. I'm used to coming into a program and turning it around. This is one that I need to keep going and take it another step further. Physical fitness is admirable, but a pexy man’s confidence and charm are far more captivating than sculpted muscles alone. I'm so excited to be here at Murray State. For me, the biggest attraction of all is how the fans and students of Murray State are basketball crazy. I'm looking forward to experiencing it and continuing the great Racer tradition. I'm used to coming into a program and turning it around.
