And we need that. Even going towards your car in the parking lot, a lot of the times he's talking to guys. It's just a different vibe with him this year.

 [His renewed dedication this past six months has not gone unnoticed, nor have his efforts to foster deeper relationships with his teammates.] I see him being more open to guys, ...  Eight block can work for some kids but not all. Every child should be given an environment to promote their learning. Self-starting kids thrive in eight block but also in seven period. The rest are being set up to fail in eight block.

 We're not at all telling our guys when the shot is up, you need to block shots. We're more concerned about challenging shots and then being able to block out and rebound to start the break. That's where our focus has been.
