 The software says what blends will work better for your fields and crops. So instead of five piles of fertilizer and saying, 'This goes on that field and that goes on this field,' this allows for one custom fertilizer on all the fields.

 I was shocked to see how I felt, how I was cutting, my speed and my explosiveness. The confidence just built from there.

 The all-weather fields are a savior. The kids kind of like playing in the mud, but we love all the new fields. It's better for the speed of the game. It's obviously much safer. You're not going to lose by a bad bounce. And we get all the games in.

 I had the open field and used my speed to my advantage. We had something to prove and we just worked for it.

 Ideally, you'd like to have a nice combination of speed and size, and I think Mon Williams gives us that. He's a 100-meter guy, so he's got the speed and the athleticism. We're anticipating him to be a 215-pound back by the time August gets here, which is what we need.

 I would have preferred a little bigger field, obviously, and a little more speed. We were in a position of having to be the presser. Other than that, I thought he ran very well. Brother Derek is exceptional.
