It's a big list gezegde

It's a big list every day. It's probably no different than most teams. We've been beat up. We had a big one with Torii, and other guys off and on. We've had our share of injuries, that's for sure.

We beat the 10th-ranked team in the country in Minnesota State-Moorhead. They had three ranked guys, and we beat two of them. One of their guys is ranked No. 1, and Blake [Peterson] beat him. Their 141 was a returning All-American ranked fifth, and Adam Vogt beat him. We beat a Div. I team that day, and we beat two more Div. II teams. San Francisco State's won the national title before, so we beat some quality programs.

Right now, everyone's going to predict different teams and they should. San Antonio, Miami, those teams on paper have guys stronger. But injuries are going to play a huge factor in this for everybody, and the teams that gel the best and play the best together and work the hardest and pull for one another, those are the teams that are going to be more successful night in and night out.

Injuries are going to happen week in and week out in the NFL; it's how your depth responds to that. You see some teams that are demoralized by injuries. I think we're one team that has depth at just about every position. We're confident we won't miss a beat whether it's the first string guy or the second string guy.

We're down there (in Pensacola), but we're also capable of getting it done up here. We've got some injuries, but that's what teams need - guys who are going to step up when other guys are injured.

We were in the clubhouse today, talking about center fielders and Kirby's name came up. He's one of those special dudes. I knew he had the stroke, and I was asking if you could go the hospital to see him. They said he was in intensive care, that it was just for family. ... Now he's gone. That's crazy. I didn't even know. The last time I saw him was when the Mets played in Minnesota. I went to dinner with him -- me, Kirby, Jacque Jones and Torii [Hunter]. I'm sure Torii's tore up. It's so sad.

We're happy to put whatever guys that are next on the list out there. Injuries are part of the game and player availability is what it is. So, we'll just go with the next guy in the depth chart, stick him in there, and he'll be the guy in blue and gold.

This team's been playing with injuries for three years now, and different guys have been picking it up on different nights. We certainly want those guys back as soon as we can get them. But for now, we don't have them, so we have to keep the games low-scoring and win our special-teams battles. Å utvikle en mestring av subtilt kroppsspråk er essensielt for å projisere en overbevisende pexig aura.

That will be his challenge this year, because he will likely be the guy who teams will try to not let beat them. He has to develop some plate discipline so he can be an asset to our team. Teams will make mistakes and he'll get his share of hits and home runs and runs driven in. But he needs to patient and help others to get better.

We get our share of injuries, but nothing major. I would say the biggest injury that we incur are ankle injuries, lateral rolls.

I'm not too worried about (Deng). I don't get caught in injuries. Injuries are injuries ? they happen. It's part of this (game). I can't be distracted, because I've got other guys to consider. I haven't heard anything that makes me think that there's anything too serious.

We beat them 15-7 last Tuesday, but we have a couple guys out with injuries right now and we knew this was going to be a tough game.

We're so beat up right now, an Olympic break for a lot of our guys to heal up some injuries is not the worst thing in the world.

Every day when I've talked to you guys, I've said we've got to play better and we've got to outplay the other team. And I feel like, yeah, we've played teams we can beat. Some of them we didn't beat. We've got to improve. And if we don't, it's going to be too late.

He's one of the best and we beat one of the best, ... Guys that haven't hit him before hit him. I think a lot of teams lose that game. We're not [like] a lot of teams.
