 It's not going to be a very good day. We've had people who have played very well who we're going to have to send down. Sometimes, you can have a great spring, and it's just not going to work out roster-wise.

 We will see how we work that roster wise. [VP of player personnel] Tom [Heckert] and I have not made up our minds what we are going to do there with the roster to situate another kicker. Obviously, we would not put David on IR. Well just see how it works out here in the next couple of days.

 For me, spring is over. Just get my work in. I had pitched well to this point. Not that this was a terrible outing, or anything. It's spring, and that's a pretty good lineup over there, especially power-wise. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. For me, spring is over. Just get my work in. I had pitched well to this point. Not that this was a terrible outing, or anything. It's spring, and that's a pretty good lineup over there, especially power-wise.

 It's possible Wise or Santana will go out on a rehab assignment to pitch a few innings. We just want to make sure they're OK before we make a roster move and send somebody out.

 I felt like we had a great spring. You are not sure how young people will respond after the excitement we had on January 4. People have talked to them about how great they are for a couple of months now and that is a dangerous thing for young student-athletes and I am really proud of the attitude this bunch has taken to continue to work. As you could see tonight they are very physical and it has been that way all spring.

 I knew it was my last year on the 40-man roster. I knew I had to do something or I wouldn't be on the team. Or they would trade me. I just tried to work hard and do something in spring training to show them I would be good.

 He did a tremendous job in the spring. He played last year. He played against Boise State (8-for-16, 138 yards) and did a great job. He played bits and pieces in other games. He did an outstanding job in the spring game. He started bad, but by the end of the day he completed 60 percent of his passes.

 It's been a pretty fun ride along the way. I came into spring training to this organization to really see if I could go out and play baseball again for another year. And I got that opportunity from the Cubs. It didn't work out. Over a period of the last two, three weeks, I've been going in and out, strength-wise, body-wise emotionally, whether I wanted to do it, could I do it.

 He's played well and ironically he looks great this spring. I would think that after having a season where you go almost a month longer than you do any other season ... he would have come to spring training and be a little bit slow. But he's actually looked better this spring than he did last spring.

 Eddie threw more pitches in that inning than he did all spring. He needed work and that's what happens sometimes when you send a competitor out just to get some work.

 I don't think anything will happen before (today). We are going to address the roster then. There are people we have to add to the roster. We do have to remove a person, and we have some administering to do for the roster.

 This is a great way to send the seniors out and a great way to start the legacy of the underclassmen. We've got a lot of momentum going into the spring. Hopefully our defense steps it up. We all know our offense rolls. So, the combination of that could be great.

 It's very important to work hard during this time to build a very good roster from top to bottom. We have a big group of players in. There are some that we will quickly let go and we will bring others in and try to use this time to look at different possibilities for how to improve our roster.

 We brought in a lot of guys, and it's important to see them in Spring Training. Our roster isn't set. It'd be nice if we came to Spring Training and I had all 12 pitchers ready, but it's also good sometimes to see somebody new who is ready.
